EXCELLENT LOCATION, NEW HOME!!! No driving up a bumpy or steep road for 10-20 minutes to make it to your vacation home. This house is located less than 1 minute off the paved Costanera (Coastal Highway) on a private road with only 6 homes. Very comfy and secure with a closed in garage for one vehicle accessible with remote control.
This 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom home is perched up in the trees between two quebradas (creeks) bringing an abundance of wildlife (resident toucans, sloths, howler monkeys, parrots, occasionally white-faced monkeys and many more that I can’t name).
It's half- way between Dominical and Uvita in Puerto Nuevo, and only a 5-7 minute drive to Playa Hermosa, or a 10 minute drive to Playa Dominical. The private patio overlooks the Pacific Ocean and has amazing mountain and valley views.
