I want to tell you that my friend Saray and Melvin are renting a new house in MONTEVERDE.Located 500 meters north east of the hotel Villa Verde wide, road that goes to San Luis, it´s 2 kilometers from the Monteverde Cloud Forest Reserve.
The area for the land is 1352 meters with forest, a variety of mammals and local birds.
The house has 78 meters of construction.
The house is totally equipped with furniture and electrical equipment
It has a car garage, that it´s not apreciated in the constructive plans.
The cost per moth is $500, with an equivalent of one month deposit of rent, with a contract estipulated by a lawyer.
If somebody has interest in renting it per days the cost is $50 per day.
It is possible to contract a person for the cleaning and for preparing meals, the cost is not included.
