We have 3 bedrooms for rent in our FULLY FURNISHED 4 bedroom house in Los Colegios, Moravia, a safe residential neighborhood.
All of our rooms are furnished; here is a little description of the ones that are coming up available soon:
1) JUST CAME AVAILABLE!! AVAILABLE NOW!
This is the smallest but most sought after room we have due to its own PRIVATE BATHROOM with SHOWER, and also that it has much more privacy. It includes a single sized bed, a coffee table, a reading lamp, and two dressers. It has wireless internet and cable access. The price is $250.00 per month.
2) Available DECEMBER 1st.
This is a spacious room and has a single sized bed, with a coffee table, a desk with a reading lamp, a bookcase, and a closet that runs the length of the room. It has wireless internet and cable access. The price is $230.00 per month.
3) Available DECEMBER 7TH.
This is our biggest room; it has a queen sized bed, a coffee table, a desk with a reading lamp, a TV, a sofa and a very spacious closet. It has wireless internet and cable access. The price is $250.00 per month.

Also the use of all the common areas in the house: kitchen with all appliances, living room, dinning room, inner patio and garden. Price also includes the use of the washer and dryer once a week. For every room we charge an additional $200 security deposit.
There is plenty of room and privacy for each guest, laid back environment. Nice indoor tropical patio where you can sit and have breakfast while you listen to the birds and see them when they visit the fruit tree. There is also an outside garden with a table, where you could eat lunch or enjoy the sun.

The house is located within walking distance to pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, restaurants, fast-food (Pizza Hut, Taco Bell), video clubs, etc. Just a 15 min. walk to downtown Moravia and only 20 minutes by bus to San Jose or San Pedro (UCR) and 5 min. to Guadalupe, the bus stop is only a few steps away!
